Finished products are shipped within 3 business days. Smaller products like crib mobiles, pillows, and accessories are shipped by Zasilkovna or Czech post. Bigger products like armchairs or poufs are shipped by PPL or other delivery company. The price is calculated additionally according to the weight. Cash on delivery is not possible. The price of delivery also includes packaging. Your package will arrive safely - we use recycled materials and paper tape.
Price of domestic shipping:
up to 1kg - pillows, crib mobiles, accessories - 70czk
1 - 5kg - multiple products of bigger size like pillows - 150czk
everything over 5kg is calculated additionally according to the weight
International Shipping

RETURNS
Warranty period of new products is 24 months, the warranty period for upholstered, up-cycled and old goods is 12 months, from receipt of goods.
14 Days to Return
As a consumer, you can withdraw from the concluded contract at any time, up to the expiration of 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. We can withdraw from the concluded contract at any time, until the moment when you take over the goods from us. We will return the money to you within 14 days of delivery of the withdrawal, but not before you return the goods to us or prove that the goods have been sent to us.
